Hello My name is Erica Smith. I am originally from Arizona but relocated to Virginia Beach in 2001. I have been in real estate for 20 years now and I absolutely love it!! Helping people find the home of their dreams is not only rewarding to them but to me as well. I love seeing people happy.
I started out in this industry working with investors. Because of this I was constantly around people with construction backgrounds and investment mindsets. They allowed me to follow and see how they work. I enjoyed it so much and learned a lot. They allowed me to build relationships with people from many different fields which in turn helped me grow my business. I am so thankful for the families that choose to trust me as their agent.
